277b24dfb7 Make core/ includes absolute, remove subfolders from include path
This allows more consistency in the manner we include core headers,
where previously there would be a mix of absolute, relative and
include path-dependent includes.

e4213e66b2 Add missing copyright headers and fix formatting
Using `misc/scripts/fix_headers.py` on all Godot files.
Some missing header guards were added, and the header inclusion order
was fixed in the Bullet module.

b19225bfce -Fix freezes caused by etccomp2, closes #9183
-Normalmaps are now detected and imported as RGTC, both in S3TC and ETC2, this improves their quality.

6a9c990da7 Add ETC1/ETC2 compression support though etc2comp.
Remove rg-etc1 code. Also updated travis to use ubuntu 14.04.

Fixes #8457.

f89641907f -Added EXR supprot for HDR (no BC6 compression yet though)
-Improvements to texture importer
-Proper detection of S3TC compression modes, and added all modes to Image
-Fixes to non-power of 2 compressed textures, which should all be supported by GLES3

c7bc44d5ad Welcome in 2017, dear changelog reader!
That year should bring the long-awaited OpenGL ES 3.0 compatible renderer
with state-of-the-art rendering techniques tuned to work as low as middle
end handheld devices - without compromising with the possibilities given
for higher end desktop games of course. Great times ahead for the Godot
community and the gamers that will play our games!

22d83bc9f6 Begining of GLES3 renderer:
-Most 2D drawing is implemented
-Missing shaders
-Missing all 3D
-Editor needs to be set on update always to be used, otherwise it does not refresh
-Large parts of editor not working

3e8eb396d7 Finalized DynamicFont implementation
-DynamicFont uses Freetype by default
-Editor fonts are now scalable thanks to this
-Cleaned up documentation browser and added fonts for this

89d87294db ability to shrink all images x2 on load
this is for extreme cases when running on devices with very low video
memory, so you can still retain compatibility.

8b1dcbfe4d -Made editor support SSL certs by default (embedded them)
-Made asset sharing support https
-Many fixes to HTTPRequest
-Added an asset installer dialog
-Visual cleanups to asset sharing tab
-Fixed some issues in ScrollContainer, hope it does not break things
-Asset sharing tab is not visible (hidden on purpose) for now.
