Losslessly optimizes the PNG assets with oxipng, defluff and DeflOpt. Tests and third party imports are omitted.
This avoids rendering issues with ThorVG and other renderers (which don't support the `paint-order` property) at a slight cost in file size. This approach has already been used by the main icon.
