61ceb59f1d ColorPicker fixes
- Fix regression from #22402 which made presets invisible ingame
with `tools=yes` builds.
- Don't emit `color_changed` signal when deleting a preset
as no color change happens.

277b24dfb7 Make core/ includes absolute, remove subfolders from include path
This allows more consistency in the manner we include core headers,
where previously there would be a mix of absolute, relative and
include path-dependent includes.

9b8e8b2220 Bind many more properties to scripts
Notable potentially breaking changes:
- PROPERTY_USAGE_NOEDITOR is now PROPERTY_USAGE_STORAGE | PROPERTY_USAGE_NETWORK, without PROPERTY_USAGE_INTERNAL
- Some properties were renamed, and sometimes even shadowed by new ones
- New getter methods (some virtual) were added

Using `misc/scripts/fix_headers.py` on all Godot files.
Some missing header guards were added, and the header inclusion order
was fixed in the Bullet module.

d65ac7378c Fix crash in OS::execute on FreeBSD
As spotted by @robfram, closes #15288.
Also reviewed other uses of `if (String.find(.*))` for potential similar mistakes, found a wrong (and useless) one in ScriptEditorDialog.

d6d0df4ba6 Added get_popup() method to ColorPickerButton. This allows to check if the picker is open or not using Popup signals.

cacced7e50 Convert Object::cast_to() to the static version
Currently we rely on some undefined behavior when Object->cast_to() gets
called with a Null pointer. This used to work fine with GCC < 6 but
newer versions of GCC remove all codepaths in which the this pointer is
Null. However, the non-static cast_to() was supposed to be null safe.

This patch makes cast_to() Null safe and removes the now redundant Null
checks where they existed.

-Normalmaps are now detected and imported as RGTC, both in S3TC and ETC2, this improves their quality.
